About This Product
This multifunction reticle allows for accurate measurement of linear distances, line widths, and hole diameters. The pattern has line widths of 0.001” ±.0001”, with an overall accuracy of ±0.00004”. The pattern is on the contact surface, right reading looking through so that the object can be measured directly.Pattern: Thickness Gauge: 8 line widths in increments from 0.001” to 0.008”
MM Linear Scale: 10mm long divided into units of 0.2mm
Decimal Inch Scale: 0.5” long divided into units of 0.005”
Hole Dia. Scales: 1/16”, 3/64”, 1/32”, 1/64”, 0.005mm, 0.010mm, 0.020mm, 0.040mm, 0.050mm.
The Reticle Pattern is very durable, double layer, deposited evaporative Chrome/Chrome Oxide, for a reflectivity of less than 5% looking at the pattern. The Patterns on all Reticles manufactured by Max Levy are replicated from Precision Chrome on Glass Tooling under clean room conditions.
