Max Levy Autograph (MLA) core competency is our capability to manufacture scales and calibration grids. Small Grids and Targets are patterned in either 3.0 minimum optical density, double layer , standard or low reflection chrome, or with the Etch and Fill process. We will use soda lime, borofloat , fused silica or a variety of other materials to pattern. We can pattern substrates as thin as 0.100mm thick. Our scales and calibration grids are used in a wide range of OEM and End User applications which include automated or robotic equipment, medical diagnostic equipment, and manufacturing monitoring equipment. |
