About This Product
This multifunction reticle has patterns for Linear, Diameter, Radius, X-Y, and Angular measurements. The pattern includes a precision Metric linear scale, English Grid, Metric Hole Gages, Metric Concentric Circles, and a Radius Scale. The pattern line width is 0.001” ±0.0001”. Overall accuracy is ±0.00004”. The pattern is on the contact surface, right-reading looking through so that the object can be measured directly.Pattern: 0.4” x 0.3” grid in 0.025” squares. Two horizontal scales: 0.4” with 0.005” divisions; 20mm with 1/10mm divisions. Angle Scale: 0° to 90° in 1° divisions. Radius scale: 1 to 10mm. Nine circles; 1/10mm to 3mm diameter.
The Reticle Pattern is very durable, double layer, deposited evaporative Chrome/Chrome Oxide, for a reflectivity of less than 5% looking at the pattern. The Patterns on all Reticles manufactured by Max Levy are replicated from Precision Chrome on Glass Tooling under clean room conditions.
