Relocated in Philadelphia after industrial beginnings in Baltimore in
1872, we continue to improve the processes developed for the manufacture
of half-tone screens and etching plates for the graphic arts industry.
Currently serving a variety of industries, the Company's products derive from high
precision Phototooling and mechanical methods.
Max Levy Autograph, Inc. (MLA) is a manufacturer of high-precision phototooling
and delineated parts in optical, thin film, metallic, ceramic, and other
substrates.

Major capabilities provide component or artifacts within these product

Often we employ combinations of processes across these product lines
under the direct supervision of the responsible Project Engineer.
Manufactured parts include electroformed parts, lenticular lenses, reticles, encoder disks,
calibrated targets, grids and MicroRulesTM, thin film
circuitry and arrays, Ronchi and phase diffraction gratings, zone plates, and conductive
fine line ceramic and flexible circuits. The company is a supplier of engineering,
R&D, prototype and production services.

Corporation
Max Levy Autograph, Inc. (MLA), was incorporated on August 20, 1984,
in Pennsylvania. The present corporation expanded/continued business lines
established by its predecessors from the original founded in the 1870's
by Max Levy d/b/a Max Levy Company. A majority of authorized shares of
capital stock are privately held by officers and employees. The company
is not a subsidiary nor owned by another corporation or individual. It
is classified as a small business concern.

| Plant
All work is conducted at MLA's single location in an urban business section
of Philadelphia on a well-traveled street. The Company owns its total
plant and offices consisting of 44,000 square feet in a secured three-story
brick building in good condition and well maintained. Extensive re-investment
of earnings has facilitated the construction of product-specific labs
and production areas.

| Facilities
Within its plant location, MLA has approximately 4,000 square feet of
offices. All information and engineering is conducted using networked
personal computer workstations. MLA has six clean room facilities for
production of parts, 12 production laboratories, an engineering environmental
lab, a complete film-processing lab, production areas for both full metal
etching (photochemical etching) and stress-free plating/electroforming,
MLA System 4000 Diamond Contouring, and extensive storage areas.
The company has major investments in equipment for interferometrically positioned
photoplotting, evaporated vacuum deposition of thin films, plating, electroforming,
vacuum lamination, diamond turning and chemical milling.
